No Returns. No Refunds.
Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in cases of damage during delivery.

We encourage you to shop mindfully, and we promise to always be transparent with our process and product quality.

📦Damaged During Delivery? We’ve Got You.

If your order arrives damaged or unusable, we’ll happily send you a replacement on us.

To qualify:

Once we verify the damage, we’ll process your replacement as quickly as possible.

🔔 Note: Claims made after 48 hours from delivery will not be eligible for replacement.

🪵Minor Damage? We'll Help You Fix It.

If a small piece comes off that can be easily fixed using glue, it won’t qualify for a replacement. But don’t worry, we’ve still got your back.

We do this to minimize waste and keep our eco-footprint small. Thank you for helping us on that journey.

Each wooden piece is one of a kind—just like nature intended. Slight differences in texture, grain, or color are normal and part of the charm. These are not considered defects.
