Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Agrrro, we take pride in delivering your handcrafted wooden products safely, affordably, and on time. Below are the full terms of our shipping and delivery practices.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship only within India to most major cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes. If your area is not serviceable, you’ll be notified at checkout.

2. Shipping Charges

₹499 and above	FREE

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
• Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS with tracking details.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Rural/Remote Locations	7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier logistics or unforeseen delays (weather, holidays, strikes, etc.).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can use it on the courier’s website to monitor your delivery status. For support, email us at info@agrrro.com.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for eligible pin codes.
• COD orders may take slightly longer to process or verify.
• A flat ₹49 shipping fee applies to COD orders under ₹499.

7. Delivery Responsibility & Risk

• All items are carefully packed in corrugated boxes with necessary cushioning.
• Risk of loss/damage transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the courier.
• In case of visible damage to the packaging, kindly ask the delivery agent to make a note or refuse delivery.

8. Damage During Transit

If you receive a damaged or broken item, report it within 48 hours of delivery:

• Email us at info@agrrro.com
• Include your order number and photos of:
  • The damaged item
  • Outer packaging
  • Shipping label

Based on the severity of the damage, we will:

• Send a free replacement (for items unusable)
• OR send a free glue kit (for minor damage that can be repaired at home)

9. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect address
• Unavailable recipient
• Courier unavailability after attempts

The parcel may be returned to us. Re-delivery can be arranged but may incur additional charges.

10. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

• Incomplete addresses
• Wrong pin codes
• Missing landmarks or contact numbers
